The T-tops probably won't be original, there were all sorts of bizarre mini pickups on them. And plastic panels for the controls, what were they thinking?
And yes, the flat angle headstock is right.
It was all abour saving money, but they wisely went back to more normal styling by '73.

Is the headstock straight (aligned with the neck), or is that just the camera angle messing with my eyes?

It's straight. Although not a flashy model, this SG was very well made 40 years ago (no. 770272). I might do another clip when it's set up properly.
