  • @daddalita

yeah dude! The program you've just mentioned

    at the site:

    JumpHigher.info

helped me a lot and gained 7" in my vert jump

and 5" in my first month. It made me quicker

and much more stronger with high jumps! I

did also recommending this to my team mates.

  • are my legs likely to gain muscle mass with the jump manual?

  • @spurs2121 focus is on functional muscle mass.

  • i love the song .. =)) nice keep it up thanks for sharing =)

  • is it possible for a 32 year old, 175 to dunk?

  • @vipbomber fo sho! Check my facebook 40 year old dunker from JM

  • no joke i got the program and the 5-5-5 squats are the only affective exorcises sorry

  • what? your BMI has to be 8-14%? lol thats like really underweight O_o

  • If I am right handed and I do everything predominantly with my right hand side of my body(kicking a ball , kicking someone etc) would it be better if I start my jump with my right foot in a 2 legged jump or would it be better if I jump off my right in a 1 legged jump(running jump, using my other leg to kick up)..Because I naturally use my left leg to jump but I think my right leg is stronger..any thoughts?

  • @sxchighflyer do what is better for you, try both ways and see which is better for you, this really depends on your body "everybody is different"

  • kwokydow2 i think the roids went to his head.

  • Glad u mentioned body fat %, cuz no one elts does, Im currently about 18% bodyfat, 5'11'', can grab the rim,. How much of a difference do you think it would make if i cut to about 10% BF and worked back to the same strength as before?

  • LMAO freakin Steve Hawkings!

  • JAT stairon I have oshooslauter to

It hurts like he'll but I'm not stoping sports. Do calf raises and it will build UR shinmuscle

    It helps

  • dat last part bout da punch waz bs

  • Great video. I want to ask you something:

I am 27 years old, white, 5'7'' height (not in shoes), 62 kg of weight, practicing wushu and gymnastics, and I play basketball very often. My maximum running vertical is 85 cm (33.47 inches) after 3 months of no training at all. Can I go higher? And what exercises I have to do mostly, and in how many months I will be able to achieve the best results? It is my dream to do some good dunks one day....

  • subscribed x1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

  • can you make a video on what exercises you need to build those muscles

  • did you skip 7 and 8?

  • i realized tat u keep sayin what u shuld do and wat u need to jump higher but ur not teachin what u hav to do and how... what exercises were suppose to do

  • laaaaaaaaaaaaaag

  • okay the jump manual sent me here and i don't know if you are the owner or who you are but i have a quick question. i have a disease called osgood slaughter disease and have been told by my doctor to slow down on my sports and such, could i still use the manual? or does it require massive repititions like most other manuals i've seen?

  • Hey! i have a question for you. if you were to do the exercises at home to train your vertical jump, what exercises would you do?? i am 16 years old and i am a 6 foot half. Guys out there, help me solve this problem too :)

  • ok basic rules to jumping/flying weight to strength ratio, percent body fat, 50-60% of jumping is from your upper legs, 20-25% is abs, 15% from arms and 20% from calf so big calves are nothing, this arent accurate but they are pretty close

  • damn..you do know your stuff. Thanks for this video. Question: Ankle is the weakest part of the legs, what can we do train them. How much importance is ankle strength compared to calf & quads strength

  • can you stay at home and do all the exercises

  • if you are making more of this video i suggest you get a better camera :) (no offence)

  • @azuboy98 you mean no offense, right? lol!

  • Did he say 1+1=3? lol

  • as in, if you work one muscle. and then another your might actually be working 3 different muscles at the same time.

  • do u have te go to gym in order to do the exercises?

  • No...

  • i must be adopted! haha.. because my dad is 5"6 and mom is 5"5. my dad is fat. but im 5"10-5"11 and already on the verge to dunk. i never even excersise!! im a natural jumper. but im about to take your advice to see if i can make it a little closer to the sky and jam it in!

  • wouldnt it fckin suck if you found out you were adopted, that would be pritty funny.

  • @uen131 lmao

  • lol where did tht come from?

  • GREAT video FreeJumpTraining!! You definitely know your stuff. I'd hire u if I was in your area. :-) Those 10 points u mentioned are applicable to improving one's athletic performance in general. In the end, I also feel that a person's mental ability to "tough" it out in these intense workouts is the key.

    Peacies.

  • Thanks man!

  • Alright i have a question..How many days a week is this training and how long each day because i already do a 3 day a week full body workout that takes about 2 hours so i dont have time to add on a whole different work out. Can i still do this program without always being in the gym?

  • I think the 1+1=3 example is related to synergy. Synergy is when all the components together equal more than the sum; there is an X-factor that creates a greater outcome. I don't know, it's related to group activity.

  • How do you learn all these things, i want to know . . . i will be your apprentice in learning.

    Dallas, texas

  • Haha, thanks man! It's what I do for a living. Literally I am a full time vertical jump training doctor. Glad you benefit!

  • yes, 1+1 = 2 would be an additive effect... 1+1 = 3 would be synergistic, he's defining the term...

  • a supplement drink

  • yea im 14 and weigh 139 ad i think im like 5'9 or 5'10 somewere around there and its really hard to see ur vid with my computer =( wats something i can do daily to increase my vertical ?

  • put on a lil muscle just a little

  • hey vepulan7 i am also 14 but i am 5'4 and i weigh 138.. i can dunk on 9 feet,, and i am only three inches away from touching a 10 feet rim.. Just train hard and push your self that is what i do.. Try doing weight training, plyometrics and stretching.. good luck!

  • nice man!

you weigh a ton lol! but your so awsome

  • im 14 and 5'10 yes short lol.. but i can somewhat dunk a 9 foot and almost touch the rim of a 10 foot .. what the best thing to do? i weigh 140.. muscle..

  • Just bought the Jump Manual. Thats the real deal!! After just the first day of workout, I feel so much lighter on my feet

  • just put up a vid of my jump manual results check it out

  • OK, I just turned 14 years old and I am 6'4.5'' . Yes I am tall. I would like to drastically increase my vertical. I can very inconstantly dunk 10'. What are some exercises that will help me? I am 178lb and mostly muscle :)

  • You will probably need to build up some basic leg strength before you can start anything too explosive, because you are pretty young. Light squats/wall sits/pistol squats. You really need to get a strength base first.

  • god damn your right , once we can just genetically change slow twich to fast twictch everyone will be like lebron james genetically, fucking genius mayne :O

by the wayw atched your other video, tryed it out on my jump form, and it definatly worked, i could jump and hit something i was about 3 inches off touching before every time now, your the man !!! im almost convinced to buy ur guide * watches more vids *

  • 14 years old 6.1' no idea how to measure my vertical but i really want2 learn to jump higher ...believe it or not i cant even touch the rim the usual height one

  • maybe cause you're young and weak or fat

  • This guy rocks! Good tips, no doubt about it!

  • You hit every point.

  • 6'3 but i dont know how to measure my vert, play centre just started cos im tall lmao 17yo

  • How do you suggest jumping with great arm motion if you have a ball in your hands?

  • My vertical is only 28". I'm like...118 and 5'6. 14 Years old.

  • thanks man. I'm 5'11 with a surgically repaired knee and a torn ankle, and this inspired me to get back out there. it must be incredible to dunk- can you?

  • my vert is 42'' im 5'11 163 pound wide receiver

  • haha my vert is 22" very happy for a 6'1 213 pound lineman xD

  • Thanks man for the video very helpful. The best way to jump higher is by just jumping. Sierra leone

  • hey i think i played intramural ball with this dude.. he was decent.

  • thanks man, u reallly helped

  • I jump higher with my middle leg than my other two

  • lol

  • Actually this guy is the first one I see on youtube or other pages that talks what is real. He talks like a scientist, not like a selling agent. Good job!

  • how high is your vertical

  • yooo pause it at 2:34

  • creeeepy haha

  • im 5 foot 9 think i can do it?

  • of course spudd webb was 5`5 and he won the NBA dunk contest with ease

  • DEFINITELY!!! but u got to be dedicated m8!

  • excellant!! I am a speed coach-interesting discussion- have a question 4 u,...backward lunges w/wieghts -will it improve fadeaway jumping ability? muscle fiber recruitment/ sport specificity??- you can win me some money here!! much apprecieated

  • haha "then we'll all be jumping out of the gym"

    Brilliant Vid

  • Fortunately YES! Astoundingly, you can convert slow twitch to fast twitch to very fast twitch through training correctly with over 40 percent control. the other 45 percent is hereditary or which you have no controll of. Muscle typing is not really as important as your nervous system. You could actually command slow twitch muscle fiber to act as fast twitch and vice versa.

  • I'd have to agree with you.. any suggestions

  • Go to your local film school and put up flyers asking for the first or second year students. They should have access to the schools equipment and do a good job for you.

You'd wanna make sure you get organized with what you wanna shoot though. So it can all be done in one day.

I'd do it if we lived close but i'm guessing your not in Australia.

  • A+ for information. Production value needs improvement.

  • sometimes when i go to the gym, i use the machine where you sit and push this board with your legs forward, will that help my jumping

  • you must do quickness exercises as well

  • Thanks man.

  • wierd. all my high school coaches teel me to lift SLOW! no wonder i haven't gained anything.

  • Lifting slow is correct because when you left slowly you're more likely to focus on your form and technique to fully utilize the potential of the exercise. To increase quickness you should lower the weightlifted and do higher reps and move onto another exercise with little to rest time.

  • You can lift relatively fast using light weights. Using heavy weight is better because it allows you to recruit more muscle fibers and helps to use fast twitch you've never used before in jumping.

  • what are the exercises i can do, because i think i have been doing endurance istead of strenght and did not realize it untill now

  • nice! i need to start drinking protien drinks and stuff thanks for info

  • what is the proper spelling of the tendon name?
