Another thing - we've finally got the DA investigating the investigation of the murder of Chauncey Bailey. That is a good thing. But look how long and how much public interest it took, and there is no doubt it would not have happened if it had not been a journalist who was killed, with other journalists looking into how the investigation and prosecution were handled. Rather than getting credit for investigating, the DA's office should be crticized for not acting until after a year.

Many judges in Alameda County have conflict of interest becasue their kids work for Orloff. Most do not tell defendants about the conflict. It's all pretty well fixed.

Comments section not working well, so I will make it short:
1. Blacks kept off juries by Alameda DA's office. Case of Michael Alonso Fuller, look up online.
2. Orloff long term member of whites only Masonic lodge in Pleasanton? No question he is member, but since membership secret, no way to know if "all white men" as accused.
3. No prosecutions for political corruption. Don Perata case may be worst
4. Fantastic amount of nepotism.
