Public - foot traffic only, and that may include horses... Since it's 3 miles I thought I'd get there in an hour. It took an hour and 25 minutes each way at a steady pace. I didn't haul a weightbelt. I'd like to paddle a kayak up there on a flat day. There were reefs I'd like to check out from 1.5 miles up to Gitchell at 3 miles. I've seen quite a few 10's pulled out of there and I probably got half a dozen or more out of there myself.
Wow, really cool spot to get in the water. Looks like you had the place to yourself, that's something I realy like.
