You can open the tablet by removing the plastic screencover. (maybe will make some video about it)

You need a 7.6V battery. You can make a battery pack or buy some batteries in china.

Oh.. I have the same problem. It just chute down when i unplug it. I don't know what to do and i don't know how to change battery. Anyone can help. I have exactly the same model

its most likely damaged due to the post office throwing the mail around, china is a long way away... electronics damage very easily if dropped or shook the wrong way

I just bought a tablet from them also and the tablet was scratched very bad and the tablet was extremely slow. I warn everybody to not buy a tablet from them. Im not say their other product arent good quality because I have not ordered anything else from them. But the tablet is truly worthless

I've bought security cameras from chinavasion before, and they work well, and a phone jammer too. Never had problems with those. But I did buy a phone from them, and after a few months, it just stopped working and wouldn't boot up. :/

Sorry about your tablet, man. That really sucks that it costs so much to ship it back for a refund. :(

This tablet was a piece of crap. Everthing that could go wrong did go wrong with it.

But its mostly true what you say. Return it will cost money... Thats why I warn people with "buying on the internet of china"

I contacted them and I need to resend them. I offered, I even would be happy for a refund for just the shipping... Since If I resend it, they will need to resend it anyway.

But ok, conclusion of this all: chinavasion has an easy bussines model. Ship it, and thats it. If its doenst work the european seller has a problem. He need to resend it, And that is rather expensive here. THeir is no support at all... So its better to buy a samsung tablet or something.... And yes, you lost a client china...
