that damn man... speaks german, french, english better than most, plays guitar like no one i have ever seen (seriously). can i just have on small tiny bit of your god like power!? i could do wonders with it!!
oh and he's canadian too. we don't give canadians enough credit. they're pretty sweet
What a transformation this man has made in his career....just check out the many wonderful videos he has let us enjoy here. I could listen to him play all day and all night! :>)
'kay so this is what happens right?? he just tuned his new strings purely with his ear and then all of a sudden he played something that is out of this world!??! damn the man's a genius
I love watching this song evolve over the years. Watching the older recordings and moving up to this one you can really see all the changes he did. I was lucky enough to see Don live on my birthday and i go to request this song =)
yes, but with a canadian french accent actually, and it seems that he can speak german too, he asks in the beginning "if it is in french that we use the words major and minor to speak about a note, or if it is in german", this man's incredible x)
@Lihaschu Hum, I read everywhere that he was Canadian, he's very interested in foreign languages though, maybe you mistook because he's toured in germany lately. Or perhaps am I wrong, you're making me doubt xD but I was pretty sure he was Canadian so far !
my heritage is based in quebec, and i want to be that shirt.

Absolutely beautiful performance, and a beautiful guitar. From the video you can tell it's unplugged and it still resonates so well.
Also love the re-innovation on the harmonic part at 4:27

@MrLoganMohr C G Eb F G Bb
Just make sure you use a medium or heavy gauge to get the most out of the low tuned strings.
