Before listening to thrash, i didnt really listened to music at all (maybe classic rock) cus of my dad. But yeah thrash is now a popular genre because the old thrash bands became very popular but yeah there are guys who play thrash to make it big, thats not gonna happen, if its just for the music then its great!
