Honest to god, in 1996 when this was released i grew up in Metro Detroit i had access to the xxx version and all of the recordings of icp. Anyways i remember my older brother getting this and we actually called. Yes u could call and hear the recording of the next joker's card. But u have to remember in 1995 icp was just starting to reach fan base outside of Michigan, it was more for Detroit and all it's surrounding suburbs. So it was more of and underground thing known by a short fan club.
