Ha ha, I just had to laugh when u said "cars big as bars" in an Irish accent.very funny for me & I am Irish myself.U pronounce Galway funny but Iv heard a ton of Americans(know ur not American) say it that way and I always correct them on it.I also live in Galway city myself. Really great version. It has all of the little bits that make it so regognisable. Not a bad Irish accent for an Austalian either!!!! The original is iconic but for a slight alternative try listening to Christy Moores version. That is special as well

I can see why you you've vocal chords were sore after that one Justin. The Irish accent sounds really fake and leprochaun unfortunately, contrary to what the yanks believe, they dont exist and never did! I think it would sound better if you just sang it in your own voice. Always enjoy the video lessons though, keep them coming.
