Any tips for people starting to do choreo? Do you guys learn the routine without the song first? Or do it with the song? Any tips would be appreciated. You guys are all great btw! swaag~

Rhythmwise you've got it down and the moves look nice enough, but after the initial 'wow' there's no lasting effect. The story being told in the song has no impact on the dance at all. It's a dance without a story, without a purpose. Theoretically, a person could stick any song with the same beat on this dance and it wouldn't change the meaning at all.

But then again, this is coming from a ballet aficionado and perhaps this style of dance doesn't have to have a meaning.

@KaraMayonakaSora Some pieces have a meaning, some pieces (like i think this one) is just their interpretation of the music. They hit every part of this song, the bass, the guitar and almost all of the vocals. Your theory that you could stick any song with the same beat can't work because the song would have to be EXACTLY the same. An example of their musicality that i like is at 0:10 "for fell in love, fell in love", the way they dance to it almost changes the way it is said for me.
