Anywhere between $5,000 to $10,000, it better do more than just look pretty, otherwise I'm sold.

If there is a market for this, I am sure you can expect this to be an affordable technology in the next 5-7 years. Look at older PC tech like CRTs. Computers 15 years ago came with expensive 12" monochrome monitors. Now, they are not even used anymore except for really low end systems. I think 7 years is a long time to wait for a tech that is already developed. But tech seems to have a reverse supply/demand effect where price is concerned :(
