That's not a travel idiot he performs the dribble while both feet are in the air that's why he jumps while he does it. Those Steps Dont Count. The pro-hop at the end counts as his two steps because he jumps with two and lands with two. It would be a travel if he jumped with two and landed on one or cice versa.
