You know this game seems to be firmiliar with Stephen King's THE RUNNING MAN. Maybe that is where they got the idea from.

You know the Arcade version is not really different from the snes version. The only differences is the music some sounds and more blood and graphic detail like the eyeball poping out of the boddy when you get squashed or blown up or when the blood splattered's out of Mutoid Man when he is defeated.

@Theshark15z well there is also the biggest differance, infinate continues. as long as you have quarters (or press start in this case) you can continue... on SNES the max you get without cheats are five.
