Her retirement made me learn how pathetic WWE was , i mean look at the retirement Trish got! And I personally think Lita was much better than Trish. She done alot more for the womens division. I didn't think she was treated that badly by WWE until the whole Matt-Edge-Lita thing came out. If you wanna see bad treatment of a female wrestler, look at Jillian or Molly Holly.
I understand Lita losing her last match and that she was the most hated woman in America at the time, but the 'ho sale' was totally uncalled for.

I stopped watching Raw LONG before her retirement. Anyone know WHY they stuck her in that stupid pregnancy storyline with Kane? It kept her out of the ring for a good part of 2004.

I agree that Trish was far from the best wrestler of the bunch (her move set was designed to make her look better than she really was) and I personally like Lita better, but Trish is the one WWE keeps hyping as "greatest diva of all time".

In fact I REALLY miss the Lita's era, when real female wrestling matches took place, I remember Lita vs Trish, Molly vs Victoria... From the interviews I've seen with her she basically said she's too busy to handle a full time WWE career anymore and wouldn't wrestle if she couldn't fully dedicate herself to it. She of course was more then willing to come back for guest spots and for small storyline bits but never completely back.

@BeyonceFan121 I don't know. I'm still thoroughly convinced that even if she hadn't broken her neck, Trish was the one who was going to get the big push as "top diva". I always thought Lita was "above the belt" anyway, meaning she didn't need a lot of championships to prove how great she was.
I stopped watching Raw LONG before her retirement. Anyone know WHY they stuck her in that stupid pregnancy storyline with Kane? It kept her out of the ring for a good part of 2004.

@delirous8 Keep in mind - Vince does not market to wrestling fans. He wants the whole world to watch, and he could sell "the blond hottie" to that mass audience easier than he could "the alterna-chick".
I agree that Trish was far from the best wrestler of the bunch (her move set was designed to make her look better than she really was) and I personally like Lita better, but Trish is the one WWE keeps hyping as "greatest diva of all time".

I think Trish Stratus is overhyped because she was never the greatest talent in the world and her moveset was used to make her look better then she actually was she is the female Ultimate Warrior tons of charisma and likeable traits but not hardly the greatest talent ever

Lita was simply phenomenal, BUT the way wwe said goodbye was totally sh+t... she didnt deserved that... her "fans" turned on her and it was so unfair, she did a lot for our entertainment every week... but anyways... she is fullfilling her dream of managing her own band and im soo happy too :P

Ivory, Jazz, TORRIE WILSON, Stacy, even Sable and Jaqueline... they were the REAL DIVAS ROSTER! there was REAL matches... they were wrestlers, not playboy models.... Why did everyone started to hate lita back then and all of sudden they want her back? Everyone has backstab her and calling her hurtful names. I know how she feel to be disrespected like that and so painful. I like that i was in school and i didnt get any respect from everyone. She is only a human being and she deserved to be respected by everyone.

From the interviews I've seen with her she basically said she's too busy to handle a full time WWE career anymore and wouldn't wrestle if she couldn't fully dedicate herself to it. She of course was more then willing to come back for guest spots and for small storyline bits but never completely back.
