Even V8 racecars won't last long at 2k hp with repeated runs at the strip. Also its not the Supra's fault that it can handle 50lbs of boost. Boost is a function of air flowing through the motor, that's all.

@kageryu311 what im saying is bigger v8s are better. its a more efficient design for power. they take less boost to get the same top end hp and have MUCH wider torque range. even larger v12s are better than v8s. larger v8s can handle 50 lbs much easier but who needs 2500 hp? just getting tired of the supra fan boys...they are good cars but when somebody starts pretending they are the best its fucking stupid

I in no way said that Supras were the best what I did say though was that Supras have done more than 03-04 cobras have done and get it done with less displacement.

@AdangerousRETARD Cylinders alone don't exactly help with torque as much as they do with revving. A 3.0L V8 and a 3.0L V6 will make torque at the same time in the powerband, the only difference is the V8 with the same displacement will be able to rev higher.

Now as far as getting a Cobra to go faster, how many 03-04 cobras do 7's in the 1/4 and how many do 247mph standing mile speeds?

@kageryu311 I know about the supras, GTR's, the Z's etc, I also know that physically its not possible to turn a 6cyl into a 8cyl with turbos or nitrous. the JDM pro drag cars are still seconds slower then there american counterparets. it takes a great deal of money to take a supera from stock and turn it into a 1k bhp car, it takes less money to do that to a Cobra, thems the facts bitch all you want and call me names its still the truth. @Bmoney4206 First of all guy I never said that a Supra would be faster than your average 8 cyl with turbos but I know one thing for sure, there isn't an 03-04 cobra that can go faster than a Supra, not in the 1/4 mile or the standing mile. If there was there would be a record. You obviously know jack shit about Supras if you think there is a faster 03 Cobra than a Supra.

@Bmoney4206 I never compared Supras to all of the 4.6L mustangs, I compared it to the 03-04 Cobras which someone said were cooler than Supras which they aren't. Also when has a 4.6L mustang done 247mph in the standing mile. The Ford GT did a fast time but not a mustang.
