  • this particular corner on the dag hwy is of camber and catches a lot of people out,i.ve had to avoid other vehicles coming the other way when they have been caught out.leave the hwy alone and build a new road on the old rail line witch has been decomissioned .its straighter and would cost bugger all campared to upgrading the dag hwy and wouldnt create koas whilst being built

  • I have driven on the D'Aguilar highway very regularly from Brisbane to Kingaroy for the past 20 years, in a car to heavy rigid trucks and I am astounded to the numbers of people killed on that road. There is nothing wrong with that road and especially the section this Dickhead lost his life on! It comes down to the Dickhead behind the wheel! I do 130 plus around that bend and I never cross into the other lane.. Fucking tosser!

  • I know the road well. I lived at Mount Mee 12 months ago. The road shown at the end of this accident is Campbells pocket road and it is a very narrow road to drive on. But I prefer to drive on that road than drive on the road from Woodford to Caboolture. Something must be done with the Woodford - Caboolture road. I was told ages ago that it is the 3rd most Natarious road in Queensland. .

There was a portion done about 3 years ago to get the road fixed. But nothing has been done.

  • Wyatt Roy needs to pull his finger out of his liberal ass, here is a perfect example of why he is nothing but a puppet.

All talk no action! In fact the only thing erected since he has been in power is a LED sign telling people to slow down around 1 corner. (Where the truck driver died as per this report)

  • @TradieTrev Right on Trev and the sign was put in by State Gov so he had nothing to do with it...

  • @TradieTrev and McCartyWood. I don't know if you realise, but the labour party currently in power. Do you really think they are going to allocate funding to a perfectly good road in a liberal held seat? There are far worse road throughout Quuensland.

Why aren't you lobbying your state labour mates to do something about the road if your so concerned.

  • @4supercheeses Labor not Labour and Labor don't have representation in that area. The local federal member (LNP) made promises in relation to the D'Aguilar highway and I intend on holding him to them. Further I have put pressure on Labor and will lobby whoever it takes...

  • @4supercheeses If you could name other roads/hwys in this division which Wyatt Roy (the member of Longman is from) I'd gladly appreciate it so I can pass the message on.

D'Ag Hwy.... if it's so perfect why have there been many deaths proportional to the increased population and extra activity within recent years? It seems all politics rather than action, regardless of what fucking side of the fence you sit on.

watch this .. watch?v=2JCb39gf0xM have a say about what he said.
