The US military is far superior in the Russians in every way possible. We have them surrounded, we have the naval capibility to invade them from the Pacific at will, we can invade from Europe, and they can do nothing about it. Our population is also 3 times larger with 120-150 million Americans being fit for combat, meaning we can mobilize more troops than Russias entire population.
