@albert24138 just check for speed fast Re 2 too actually is the easiest to get the long final and the infinite weapons was the first resident evil that i open those. Just be sure to continue the game on game type b (i dont mean the grade) i mean after you start a game with leon or clair and ended be sure save that file and the game type it be B you will face mrx and fight birkin at same location dif transformations after finishing B game you will get the real ending.

@MetallumGamer You just finished half the game. You still need to play scenario B with the other character. It's not just the same game at all, it really is the second half of the game.

@MetallumGamer Complete Leon A (Disc 1) then go ahead and save the game, insert Clare B (Disc 2) and load up that saved game. Complete Clare B (Disc 2) to obtain this ending.

*Alternatively you can choose Clare A (Disc 2) as your first scenario then complete it and save then load up Leon B (Disc 1) for a slightly different story. I liked this because you get to see Leon & Ada kiss before she *supposedly* dies in his arms. However a shadowy figure resembling her throws a R Launcher at you later.

Great playthrough. I've watched all your vids of leon game B, and I liked them because you didn't do it with unlimited ammo. In theory, yes. But there are certain details that when being considered, not make much sense. If the first half of RE3 happened before, why are the doors in the 1st floor sealed and they are open in RE2? (The same question for those stairs where Brad's zombie's can be killed to get the special key).CAPCOM should have though in llittle things like that! but anyway, I agree: RE2 takes place while Jill is unconcious. Something else: sep 29&30 and oct 1st is a lot of time. Why didn't she got zmbie

No that's not possible. Because when you first visit the police station with Jill the entire place is blocked, as if someone would restricted the place after an incident. If you watch the "ranking screen" at the end of RE2 you can see that the police officers are blocking the place out. So. who took the barricades out in RE2?. So Jill starts her last scape 24 hours before RE2 only to find herself sorrounded by zombies. She decides to spend the night in the warehouse that's when RE2 takes place

Claire's scenario B ending is definatly the TRUE ending for several reasons.

reason 1: how the heck could Ada have survived the blow Mr. X gave her at the end of Leon's scenario B. She died RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM! And she appears alive and well in RE4.

reason 2: At the very end of Leon's scenario B Claire seems to have forgotten about her brother Chris however in her scenario B she vows to find him which is exactly what she does in Code Veronica X.

Resident Evil 2 is the best Resident Evil, in my opinion. It's got the most original characters - they aren't all highly trained super police officers like in RE1 - and it's set in the actual city instead of a spooky mansion. RE3 was kinda lame...probably because it just kinda rehashed RE2 without the originality of 2. Anything past Code: Veronica is on my shit list. I'm sorry to fans...I just hate the new Resident Evil games with a passion.

That's what RE fans were hoping for...like ten years ago. In '04 they copped out with RE4 and basically said that Umbrella lost in a lawsuit. All the Resident Evil games since have been action games about running around killing peasants with parasites in them.

"The Umbrella Chronicles" for the Wii is probably the closest game to what you're looking for. It retells the stories of all the Resident Evils, and then shows a final battle against Umbrella.
