back in the day in Mesa, AZ a lil kid on the block had a mini Rippa . . . He couldnt ride worth a sh*t but I used to ride his rippa just to show him new tricks . P.K.PIPPER is the !#%^& ! ! !
oigan,,, necesito saber como puedo mandar hacer o donde venderan la parte donde en las bicicletas bmx old school se agrega otro acompañante y es de 3 ruedas...
hi... i had a ripper back in 87 but mine was a 86 i believe..it was cherry red and the back was like bent style..not straight and not the looptail.. i think it was a 3rd gen it had the seat clamp built into the frame....i liked that style ripper the best ..not because i owned one but because i just think it looked the coolest...i sold for 80 bucks in the 90s...what a fuckin moron i am
WOW i was just going to say Toby Henderson was the shit and POW there he is. Toby if you read this i still have my BMX Plus mags and my HUTCH Pro Racer with all it's original parts. original US made in NJ no serial number
i had a p.k ripper back in the day powder blue i had and i trick it up and parry himself love the bike he is a cool guy its nice top see him again!!! im 43 and still race today!!!!
I owned a P.K. back in the day. The frame was banana yellow with black decals that had blue shadowing. I had the frame for a few months, saved up my money, and then had it built up at the same bike shop I had purchased the frame from. Black Skyway Tuffs, black Torker neck, black Dia-Compe MX 900 brakes, Tioga knobbys, Oakley B1B grips (black/yellow), Sugino 1 piece cranks (chrome crank, black spider), black Shimano DX pedals, Oakley bars, black Uni seat and seatpost. It was a thing of beauty...
At 6:39 I'm sitting on my bike behind Perry's right shoulder. #92....I cant believe it, I'm 42 yrs old now. What a trip...that had to be the ABA Winternationals 1977-78 in Chandler, Az. David Clinton won the Pro Main and got $250 for the win. I still have the helmet and that number plate...up until 3 yrs ago I still had that bike...wow. What a great time that was...
Cool History. To see one of the First Freestyle teams to use P.K.Ripper check out (Crazy Lacy BMX) This guy has the Super Style II BMX Freestyle team. He and Tony Ray Davis first rode Mongoose then Pk. The first team to Cross Over to Vans in 1982. Crazy Lacy Now helps the youth fight the NO BIKES ALLOWED IN SKATEPARKS. He's 44 now and has a 3 videos on youtube. 43 years old and still bustin it out! His son also have youtube videos under Furmage
I F*#%ING love PK Rippers! I always rocked a Race Inc. I also had a Free Agent, but my cousin had a PK. I F*#%ING hated him for it! Oh ya, Dog Town Zboyz was the SHIT! Sk8orDIE Bitch!
totally agree with what he says about Dogtown And Z-Boys and Joe Kid On A Stingray. Both amazing DVDs for fans. I remember growing up in Australia and seeing my first PK ripper in 1981 and couldnt believe how light it was. Always remembered the PK Ripper as being the ultimate race BMX.
Bring it back to the U.S.A. SE!!

This bike really inspires you to buy a ripper after they advertise its a trick fixed gear bike, then a week later it snaps in half.

When I first layed eyes on a powder blue P.K with brown camo pads and white Z-rims, I was hooked at the age of 13. And I'm still hooked at 37!!
