I think her name was Maggie Vega... no relation to the Vega family though. She was a cop before Antonio/Andy. If I remember correctly... the raincoat incident was something totally harmless but embarrasing... like Andrew took hers instead of his by mistake. Like the preacher accidently stealing from the cop sort of thing. Not sure though. Thanks for sharing!
