I agree, it is the only liquid foundation I use, and I have tried tons. This one is the best! i am glad I came across this review because I bought the mac and tried to use it to set my make up with pad and it made my make up clump, why didnt I think of using it as a brush. Also I recently tried the HD power from Make up forever and returned it, I thought it would make my face shine less, but it didn't, so I got oil control green tinted by Laura mercer and so far so good.

Jane iredale is waaaay better, won't clog your pores and u can only get it online or at spas, spas carry the best products and I'm an esthetician so I've had a lot of training. department store make up will make you break out, Jane is a mineral makeup and it's used a lot on tv:)

MUFE's HD Microfinish is awesome but too expensive. I tried Sheer Miracle Extreme CloseUp HD Mineral Finishing Powder and loved it. Identical in every way (size, texture, performance) and half the price. I know you can get it on their site and I think at Amazon. Thought your viewers might like to know.

@itsjustmexthree No I didn't get the primer. Too expensive! You can use any primer you like. For my skin, I have to be careful with primers with silicone. I like Rimmel primers. Try some drugstore ones out first before blowing all your money! xx

I just tried the hd foundation at sephora and I am crazy about it too!!They didnt have my shade at the sephora close to my house but im going today to pick it up. Ive been using the sample the lady gave me and its really is my fave foundation thus far. I also purchased the powder and my mom too,lol we both love it! Its so smooth and light. :)

I use MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation and I absolutely hate it. I used the lightest shade and it stills gives me a super orange look. I am really looking forward to trying the HD Foundation from Makeup Forever. Just a fun fact: I have heard that MAC breaks people out but I have not heard that of the HD Foundation.

I don't wear foundation either. I bought the microfinish powder and I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! It leaves my skin looking so soft and flawless. I don't even have to retouch, You don't even need to use a lot of it, just use very little. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!!!

Honestly, try Rimmel 16 Hour Foundation. I can honestly say it is the second best foundation compared to this. I can even recomment that instead of the HD foundation to people who don't want to spend! The Rimmel is fantastic. Just watch my review on Rimmel products and you'll see~

Well I applied it to my face instead of my hand like i usually do, and did it to my whole face. That way, I can really see how the color looks on my entire face. I also looked at the example pictures and saw which model was most similar to me.

I have like big pores and my face gets hot easily, do you think I'd get the same results as you if I used this foundation? all the liquid foundations I've used in the past look cakey and fake on me :(

This is exactly how i was will ALL FOUNDATIONS. I was like "no, no no!!!!" But, I took a risk, and that is the most important part! This will glide over your pores, and totally fill them in, but not creating a cake over your face. My mom had the same problem. She wanted something to die down her freckles but not completely hide them away like a mask. Try it, please!

Well if you put the HD microfinish powder over it i really doubt it would. And its not one of those foundations that stays "wet" all day so it would sink into your skin. If you put Studio Fix powder over it, the powder will rub off.
