I meant, feeling worse as in feeling bad for her. I had sympathy for her in Season 9, where I regrettably just got back into RvB, and my initial outlook for her was sympathy. She fails the mission, gets held back, hell, I could understand that. I also thought Wash was a dick and Maine/Meta was a badass, but that clearly changes.

In a nutshell, "I don't feel bad anymore."

@DAHstudios well its not be completely explained but if i had to guess I'd say that after his accident he became distant from other people due to his inability to speak and after getting his AI he secluded himself. His AI wanted to get to Alpha so it played on Maine's unstable condition and convinced him to go after other AI in order to better locate Alpha. Not long after Maine lost his morality/humanity and became the META that was driven by its greed for AI's and advanced freelancer gear.

Red vs blue are simulation troopers, and they test stuff for freelancers, but don't know it. Freelancers are there own little organization thing. Each freelancer has an A.I. These A.I.s help in battle. So Washington lost his A.I. Because it made him go crazy. Forgot its name though. The Meta (or Maine in season 9) is trying to get all the A.I.s, cause he's power hungry.
