I think that John Henry won it from that railroad guy who had inherited it from the Queen or something like that. But, since Bill and Ted took it from the Queen before he could inherit it, that would still cause a time paradox.

Jeeeeez.....I was a B&T franatic as a kid and this was my favourite episode of the TV series.
I recorded it on video and watched it to death. Ive not seen this ep since i was 6 :D GREAT upload geez. Totally made my day! :D
