Well is not a reliable brand, I garuntee it'll break after a few games. I'd rather spend 200 for a scorpion that could handle an internal upgrade and a REAL airsoft match, not some backyard airsoft with friends.

I know from experiance that well is a bad company. I've had 2 well MP7's because people said it's the same as the TM and then I used a TM MP7 andit's better in every way. If your on a budget or not playing with experienced airsofters I'd go for the well but if you want somthing worth while get a TM anything over a well. Plus no Marui clone can replicate their outstanding Hop-Up system and upgrade potential which makes Marui's possibly the best AEG's around.
You can not judge a company on one gun. That's like saying tm is bad because you had one of their ebbs. The R2 is of VERY high quality and is not going to break. Plus upgrades? there are almost no upgrades on the market for the skorpion. I actually own an airsoft shop so I'm not a noob. I hate tm. They are a large waste of money, if I'm spending that much I can get a KWA which is A LOT better inside and out. especially externals. I just custom built though, wish I saved money and got a KWA

Now some of that is changing with their export shops in taiwan. Like in their skorpion(although still 250+50 for a drum mag, not worth it) Anyways believe it or not clone companies 80% of the time have better externals than internals, it's not even a competition. Internally that's a different story

The new well R2 is absolutely amazing, I have vids on it and the internals are just a huge step up from their MP7

All I really said is that TM kinda spearheads Airsoft in general, which they do since they've been around for ages. But I sorta jumped the gun, so that's my bad. JG and G&G are fantastic for what they are at a really decent price. I am looking to try some china clone guns again, more specifically the CYMA AK-74u. After feeling one i didn't want to let it go.
i agree with you there ,the skorpion is amazing in CQB.. even with my socom style silencer and drum mag on it its compact and manuverable. It beats the big boys in CQB hands down. I said mp5 however as thats a much better all rounder and with internal upgrades widely available it compeats with rifles FPS wise. As well as being short enough for cqb play. Skorpion is laso limited to around 1000 shots per battery (unfortunatly :( ), where as mp5's can usualy take a large battery.

It's about the internals. Unlike the shit china clones, TM's have the absolute best internals and are a mainstream for ALL other airsoft companies.

Oh no, I've tried a lot of the high quality guns. I've seen a KWA G36C break down in action.

Not really, it depends on what you will be using it for.
If you play in mostly cqb arenas then the scorpion is a winner - if you play in woodland or medium to long ranges then the mp5 will be the winner.
