Ha, this is hilarious! I watched this documentary on Halloween night, and I was so looking forward to being creeped out. What a let down! We laughed the whole way through it! We've been quoting the show ever since in the appalling Irish accents that were used.
i heard scottish, english and a leprechaun like accent wich no one in ireland even sounds like..i hate wen they tlk like dat to imitate irish ppl...its crap.
my accent is fairly clear like..im from clare in d west dont they sound similar in galway ?

It was the worst piece of crap I have ever watched. The FAY heeys !!! And the sons accent ranged from American to Scottish and then Belfast. Pure shite acting. But I will say this --if the family did actually go through what was depicted in that programe then my heart goes out to them . It's just a pity that an american low budget film crew did the re enactment as it was so far away from reality that they must live on a different planet or maybe they used The Quiet Man as a reference
