  • @METX611 A long, long time ago. Probably in the 1950s.

  • I grew up only a couple of blocks from the crossing at Bryn Mawr Avenue. CTC ended just south of that point at River Junction. The line north from Mayfair split. One line went north towards Evanston and the west branch north to Skokie. I used to watch them switch the long gone Material Service yard located between Bryn Mawr and Rogers Avenue.
