Wow... your pretty amazing. I'm a sophomore in high school and learning yellow after the rain as my first 4 four mallet peice. If you dont mind telling me who composed that peice, i would really appreciate that.
Has this guy responded to anyone.. he needs to tell us what peice this is or where we can get the music?? ive been trying to find this info out for a while and no luck
Wow! This is a beautiful piece, do you have it published? I would love to purchase the music for it and learn it. Nicely written and played, bravo to all involved.
What is this piece called and who wrote it? Its amazing.

how how??? how do you have that ??!! the piece is beautiful, but with effects.. I would like to play it ( with effects)
How do you record and have that "canon" ??

It is primarily quarter notes, to play this without effects would be very difficult

just your typical minimalist, gestural piece. your marimba sounds nice though.

despite him hitting 2 notes every now and then... (a lot) but the cord for 2:59 - 3:01 is amazing...

the kelon on this is make it a lot more calming and awesome o_O

not kelon, rosewood

Must have added reverb or something to the recording, rosewoods don't ring that long (at least not the one I have)
rene1OOO3 2 years ago
@rene1OOO3 yeah its all reverb. that is definitely a rosewood marimba
