The problem people have in teaching legal self-defense is that the whole thing is so arbitary, there are also people advising others on process, without having gone through it themselves.. Don't be someone else's test pilot, know when you can fight Regina & win, otherwise dont even bother taking the ol' Draco and her minions on... pick your battles.
Rest assured, we are making headway with this in general as people become more familiar with exercising their rights..
