@chabi3000 No language is useless :). I learn Korean because I love the sound of the language and I enjoy learning it. I don't think learning a language needs any more reasons than that. It's interesting because it's so different to English. Schools near me teach French, German and Spanish but no Asian languages which makes me more curious to learn other languages. It's pretty much personal preferences.

Why does Korean sound so sexy?! It's crazy... I think it has to do with how accentuated and dramatic everything sounds (similar to Japanese). Chinese doesn't really seem to share that quality. I also love how there are those cute little one-syllable words that end in vowels and sound like a little kid is saying it or something. Idk, it's really hard to explain but I just find it to be a really beautiful language. Hopefully I'll learn to speak it one day :)
