Andrew Vachss talks about a sequel to Shella

The question was off the wall, but "Shella" is my favorite Vachss novel, and his character Ghost effected me to the point that I wrote a song with him in mind and title.

I have the disc, and like the song, but mine is an instrumental. What would be the "verse" is quiet and soft, like Ghost would appear to an observer, and the Chorus is explosive as Ghost would be at work. I told my guitarist that I wanted a sound and volume in the chorus that would make peoples hair stand on end and burst into flame, and he succeeded.
