I've always liked clowns. They kind of scared my brother though. Even though this episode scared the bejeesus out of me as a boy I still liked the clown for terrorizing that guy for killing his wife. I thought that would be cool to do that to someone I hated.
My girl hated clowns.When she was 3 we went to pick her up after church. We went in and saw a clown entertaining the class and though "OH,NO! Where was she! We looked over the room and found her hiding under a table! No one missed her. Poor little girl!
What's really funny is how all these people with clown phobias are watching an episode titled "The Clown". Lol It's like they have to watch it to keep an eye on the enemy ;)

Sheesh. I cant believe all the anti-clown comments. As a kid I loved clowns. At the circus, the clowns was my favorite part of the whole show. I would sit bored through all the trapeeze acts, animal acts, etc, just for the clowns.
As a kid, I use to watch all the old horror movie classics and not one every scared me. Now, CLOWNS, and this episode I really, really, didn't like as a kid! CLOWNS ARE SCARY!

I'm 55. I used to watch this show as a kid. I agree, clowns suck..Nothing is funny about a clown. They make my skin crawl!
