@Gillberreke. Not sure where you're from but according to volleyball Canada rules you can't block the set. You can block a setter dump though aswell as the opposing teams second contact as long as the ball is along the plane of the net.

Cross Country is the dumbest sport in history. All it is running and watching other guys schlongs bounce around in tiny shorts.

I've seen cross country, no one gets into fights. Ever. There have probably been more fights caused by volleyball than XC, and that's saying something since it rarely happens.

Only women wear spandex in volleyball. Cross country is a sport for people who are athletic but are too lazy to actually learn a skill. Volleyball is for the same, but they learn skills.

And one more thing, why the hell are we arguing over volleyball and cross country? Cross country is like an alternate to PE, no one likes it.

During the volleyball season after school I would take the sports bus over to the high school 'cause that's where the practice was for the team. but i while give every volleybaler who reads this a good tip. i got this from my trainer who's training us now. the trick to hitting a ball hard is not to focus on the top of the ball when you hit him, but on the centre or bottum of the ball. this way you will hit thru the ball, and the ball will go 2 times as fast. this is why i can hit so hard to...well that and that iam 2.04 meter :P.
