  • I'm going to order a set of these and I have a question or two for you.

1: Do you run these with high beams or low?

2: How do you run these? On road in high beam conditions?

  • @bokbok454

1: you can these with either, generally I'll run them with my low beams

2: Generally I use them when I'm on the highway in the valley, theres no street lights and the wildlife loves the wide flat expanses.

Just a side note, I mounted these on my roof but I think the grille would be more suitable for the flood pattern just because the light tends to diffuse a little before hitting the road when it comes off the roof.

  • @CarcusMarvey Thanks for the response. I'm planning on mounting them inside the bumper where the factory fog lights would have been. I can't wait.

  • @fuckinghellcunt...i have a set of 240 Blitz' with 100 watt hid's, 55w hid high & 55 watt lows. Guess what...my buddy's 2 10" rigids on his truck are brighter than mine...hands down. That's right, my 400 watts of hid are beat by 70 watts od led.

  • superb video. simple and convincing.

  • HOLY SHIT thats great, I'm gonna get a pair.

  • what pattern were these....flood? or the diffusion lens?

    thanks

  • @tripleminthehouse

    These are the flood lights

  • thanks for posting this video. I have the piaa 940 fog and driving but am looking at these rigid's now. Very impressive

  • wow i love it where can i get one the LED one ?thanks

  • @johntaheri You can get them on the Rigid Industries website or i know for sure that 4-Wheel Parts sells them in their stores

  • @CarcusMarvey Thanks I look in to it.

  • ive got two batteries. stock alty. and 1602 watts of additionall lighting. eight 7" spot lghts, few flood lights, two LED lights. but now im having funny electrical problems lol. i should post a new video up soon

  • LOL my hid low beams are much brighter! AND my hid headlights coupled with my 100w hid LF 240 blitz's, well im sure you can imagine...

  • the whole point of the video is the difference between LED and Incandescent bulbs. not necessarily the wattage, although LEDs are certainly more efficient.

  • 50W or 15W, it's still a headlight

  • Thanks for the video, just bought a set for my plow truck

  • thanks for the video man. i am looking at the single 6 inch for my tacoma. this really helped me make my mind up. thanks a ton!

oh BTW my tacoma has 215K and still running like a champ. 3.4 V6 is a great motor.

  • You made up my mind , THANK YOU.

  • Great video

  • The Rigid dually's have a life span of 50,000 hours... as per Rigid Industries Website

  • how long its take before its break down ?

  • @khaled6100

the 4Runner is only at 230K so it's probably got another 100k in it at least

the LEDs have a life of like 15,000 hours

the Hellas and Headlight have at least a few years before they "break down"

  • @CarcusMarvey n what about hi/lo beams ? r they in the same position if u stop against a wall ? n thanx

  • Not bad .... I just mounted my 10' rigid led light bar on my new bumper and WOW .... I cant wait to get the 50' !!!

  • Nice lights, where did you mount them?
