  • shame they dont still make these

my dad owns one.been beat to hell. still has great bluing and very little rust. even better is it hasnt been cleaned since i was born. im 20gonna clean it tomarrow and send a miley cyrus poster to its doom

  • @choopdewoot "hasnt been cleaned since i was born..." LOL thats about true for mine as well but it keeps on shootin :)

when i was growing up my dad had a 81 datsun king cab pickup...he never changed the oil in the engine that I can remember. He would always just change the filter & top it off LOL...when he sold it the truck was literally falling apart from rust...but it would still lay a 2nd gear scratch XD

  • @arckangel2087 my mom borrowed mine so I can't look at it right now to see but i dont remember it saying convertable. maybe yours also shoots 22-mag??? if you have the cylinder? I would be interested to know what you find out. you would have to ask someone more knowlegeable about guns that me tho :)

  • @arckangel2087 covertibles can shoot different calibers by changing out the cylinder. I was not aware of this gun being convertible.

  • I have one in a better condition than that one. $150 is not bad at all. Mine could go for more then.

  • @Ethioness mainly this is just a keep sake, although it shoots fantastically accurate. my mom bought it for my dad when I was just a baby...I am almost 47 now. lot's of memories of me and dad plinking with it :)

love to see your revolver if you could post a video.

  • 0:25 now I'm going to make sure its unloaded wait let me look down the barrel first.

  • @saj12100 well you can go ahead and look down the barrel first if you like...but I double checked before shooting the video.

  • @me373 yea, I was just joking.

  • @saj12100 that's fine, i can take a joke :)

  • @me373 ☺

  • How much would these type go for?

  • @Ethioness

    Anywhere from 150-300$

  • @1970CamaroZ saw one at the gun show recently that was probably 85-90% condition and it had a $400 price tag...of course they still had it when the show was over :)

I love mine but it needs work of course.

  • @me373

Yeah that must have been too High. I have a W104 Long Horn Double Nine High Standard like this

  • i got 1, cant find the whole fireing pin assby. anywhere i live in north ga, anyone hav a clue where i can find 1 msg me... thanx

  • @TheQUENTIN89 cant help you with finding one but a friend of mine once made a firing pin for his pistol so I would think a gunsmith could probably help you out.

  • went to a gun show about two months ago and saw a dealer who had 3 of these. thats the first time ever that I have seen one in person other than mine. they had better finishes and were asking about $400-$450 each.

now I have a Uberti-Beretta Cattleman Hombre 357 single action cowboy revolver, need to put up a video of that.

  • @me373 Is that a w-100 series double nine? i have 1 exactly like that but in better condition because my grandfather kept it in a holster in his closet for 25 years!!! and mine was made in 1958 what about urs?

  • @me373 oh sorry about that u answered all my questions in the title duh i wasnt paying attention!!!

  • looks like it's in great condition for it being 50 years old, I have a black one my self (don't know much about guns) but it's a really nice one :D
