Already have the book, but if the DVD set wasn't so expensive I'd buy the DVD's as well.

Nope, this vid is at Richard's website.
To see the rest you gotta buy the DVD, its about 70 US$ each I guess...
Well, the 16 DVD pack costs about 1.000 US$ :P
Pretty expensive but I guess It's a fair price.
