Tom ... thanks for taking the time to make these videos. I find them to be very informative, and entertaining! I recently purchased all my pour- over brewing "gear" from you, and am thoroughly enjoying it! Being intimately involved in the brewing process is not only is more enjoyable, but IMO, makes the coffee taste better!

you should call it the essential oils or water soluble oils wrather then soluble solids because it sounds a little akward and their not solids anyways but either way nice video so far

Really appreciate all testing and sharing results of everything you sell @ SweetMarias, and the new videos are great. I ordered a Clever Coffee Dripper over the weekend, so really looking forward to that. Been using a Chemex for several years, and occasionally use the AeroPress. Ordered the Pino kettle too, I'm actually excited about a device to boil water! :)
