Allahumma amiin..May Allah reward u posting this..and may Allah lead those children to the right islamic path insha Allah..and the rest of the muslims living too bi'idnilaah.
So its almost 3eid, alhamdolilaah, may Allah except the fasting muslims on the 9th day.
"Qurbani is Urdu for Udhiyah (Sacrifice). Udhiyah is one of the great rituals of Islam, in which we remember the Unity of Allaah, His blessings upon us and the obedience of our father Ibraaheem to his Lord, and in this act of udhiyah there is much goodness and blessing.
Udhiyah refers to the animal (camel, cattle or sheep) that is sacrificed as an act of worship to Allaah, in the country in which the person offering the sacrifice lives, during the period from after the Eid prayer on the Day of Nahr (Eid al-Adhaa) until the last of the Days of Tashreeq (the 13th day of Dhul-Hijjah), with the intention of offering sacrifice. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning):
Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord anf sacrifice (to Him only). [al-Kawthar 108:2]
Say (O Muhammad): Verily, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allaah, the Lord of the Aalameen (mankind, jinns and all that exists). [al-Anaam 6:162]
Udhiyyah is a confirmed Sunnah according to the majority of scholars". (snippet from Islamqa)
..So no, it is not shirk, so long as it's sacrificed to Allah Azza wa Jal ALONE, and not any other person, prophet, jinn, angel, etc
masha Allah.. I love this.. and the child that says "pls subscriiiibe" never fails to make me laugh.. Jazak Allah Khairun..
An Idea.. maybe someone can do a video on what is haj? and what are the obligations of a muslim during this period.. like a more indepth version of this video I guess
