i like parkour.. im good at it, i can handle it.. but i prefer free run (who doesnt). its harder but every spin on the air leaves others speechless, something that parkour doesnt. i cant learn how to free run as i have no free run gym in my country ( as well as pk gym )

Some fantastic examples of parkour in the video, and some fantastic examples of free-running. Tricks are NOT a part of parkour. Aside from that, though, a larger video size would be appreciated. You've got a postcard-sized area to work in. Why reduce the video to the size of a postage stamp?
