  • "OMG she's not healthy looking, she must be retarded!"

You're better of being overweight and active than "normal" weight and inactive. I've been eating high-fat for about 5 months, have lost over 70 pounds, sleep well, have better skin, hair, oral hygiene, buckets of energy, my cholesterol is better, heart rate is down, blood pressure is down, strength is up, and vastly improved mood (even from before I lost weight, it's not reactionary mood improvement). We were built to eat fats, not grains.

  • What she is saying is rubbish. If her diet worked she would much healthier than this.

Tune into Dr David Jubb he knows his stuff.

  • This is one "green" video. =p

  • It is quite obvious that this "expert" is far from the picture of health. I would like to see this pig run even a 5K without dropping dead. Please sheeple, before you follow someone blindly, look at how healthy they are first. You only agree with her statements regarding animal fats because it is convenient for you. Wake up.

  • wow thats one crazy ass women....LOL...she wants you to eat lots of toxic animal fat so we can look old and fat like she does...LOL

  • @NuclearNympho top comment awesome yes she is a pig

  • @TheJUNGLESURFER Well maybe we all don't like women who look like a skeleton.

  • @NuclearNympho Wow this comment is a prime example of arrogance and stupidity.

  • spoken like a true fat ass

  • I love my high fat diet!!

Been doing it for 17 years and i am turning 37 tomorrow.

I am in perfect health no diabetes , heart issues or anything else.

Cant believe the ignorance and rudeness of people.

As far as i am concerned people can have their carbs i will have my vegetables, butter, coconut oil and animal fats.

God Bless people like Sally who are not afraid of going against the grain and standing up for what she believes in.

I want conversations with people so hit me up

  • The original USDA guidelines for the food pyrmid was supposed to included more fats and protein but the special interest groups affected the outcome. More about money than science?

  • Give me all the butter and coconut oils, right along with other animal fats.

  • Well said Sally!

  • this lady is nuts a heart attack in the waiting

  • This sucks. Where is the complete original video of Sally trashing the USDA food pyramid?

  • Thanks for posting this!

  • I'm interested to see how long someone giving out this type of information is going to live... "Animal fats, cream, butter?"

Have a look at what the people in communities with the world's highest life expectancy eat. Not what you're suggesting... With a diet like you're suggesting you'll have cancer, diabetes and heart diesease before you know it.

  • @hailingpearl fat soluble vitamins - most especially A and D - have been shown to reverse these diseases. Really, there is no good scientific evidence to suggest that the consumption of these foods is detrimental to one's health. Most especially, heart disease. The saturated fat heart disease connection has been disproven in many scientific studies.

  • Amen to the butter, lard, and coconut oil!

  • Guys If U Wanna Know More About The Obesity Epidemic Please also Read The Obesity Epidemic By Zoe Harcombe.. Its Out Now!!

  • I always thought it was odd when i first learned about the food pyramid that it suggested 6-11 servings of grain pr day, at 7 i barely ate 6 servings of FOOD per day (most of it goat milk it seemed), and eating that much grain was just too much.

Also strange how they lump refined sugar with all fats.... but then most of these commercial grain products contain lots of sugar and rancid fat so people cannot minimize these when eating all that grain.

  • @almayim

I remember in the 70's and very early 80's people warming about how fattening sweets and cakes an bread are. Funny how that disappeared with the Cholesterol/Saturated Fat hoax of the early to mid 80's Pick up a copy of Gary Taubes Good Calories Bad Calories. He traces the science on what causes obesity and heart disease. Despite it's simple title it is a really difficult read and very dense but it's worth the time.

  • OMG this women knows what she's talking about I have recently discovered this

  • Tottaly agree!! They should not be calles carbo-hydrates as they do anything but hydrate you!! u need water to cook them!!! Love what she teaches!!! Great Sally!!! 5 stars!!
