  • @tlast2O12dude Thanks. 20-rep squats are hard for first few sessions but you'll get accustomed to it quickly. My legs were pumped after this set but I didn't collapse or puke or feel that bad.

    With your level of strenght I think 130-140x20 is within your reach. It would be crazy to see someone squat 2xBW for 20.

    How does your squat routine look like now a days?

  • @ev1bl I'm still using modified version of Smolov base cycle. I've worked with lighter weights for a few months to fix my form and it worked. Finished first really heavy Smolov cycle at the end of May, but instead of peaking to max single decided to take a shot at 405x20 squat which is one of my lifetime lifting goals.
