if you want bella to be in your neighbourhood, you have to go to veronaville then hold ctrl shift and c make sure you are in the neighbourhood only or it wouldn't work. the you type this boolprop testingcheatsenabled true exactly like that. then go to the goth family. now you have to hold shift on any family member then you have to click on spawn and choose tombstone of L and D the you click on it and choose get family member back and choose bella. Now bella is there!

The Doctors are fate..I can't find them in anywhere. That is one reason you can get doctors from The Sims 2

-Build a family

-Move in them and build a home(hospital)

-Put chairs,bed...etc.

-Make Bella move in to that 'Hospital'

-Make Bella sleep there.

-Get Babies(add Bella baby) to a room.

So, everything has a way to do it at The Sims 2.Goodbye!
