@wccrko LOL,I never liked wrestling growing up,but all my buddies watched it so I had to sometimes.The one thing i'll admit is I really liked Roddy piper,and hulk hogan.That movie Piper did,THEY,or Them by john carpenter was really good.Ya these two were always fun to watch.

yeah, I couldn't stand Vince's announcing, he'd always just scream his fucking head off like a moron and act like two fat slobs slow-dancing was a Clash of the Titans. Whenever Vince announced I'd have to turn of the sound.

Wrestling was pretty different back then. It wasn't the fancy moves that made it lovable, it was the charisma a character brings and great personalities like Hogan revolutionized the business into what you see it today.

That was called the "Altitude Era," i.e. the high-flying Mexican-wrestling shit that basically just turned the ring into a fucking pinball-machine....PING PONG, BINGBONG! with the wrestlers bouncing around like a racketball-court.
Bret Hart was right about Shawn Micheals being just another Mexican-style wrestler, rather than having any real wrestling expertise or ability. The Stupid-kick is proof, it's not even a hold or wrestling-move, it's a fucking KICK!

Actually, Hogan pinned Piper in WCW at Superbrawl 1997. I believe he pinned Piper in the WWE as Mr. America as well. But yes Hogan never pinned Piper in the '80's WWF, if that's what you meant.
