seafoam recommends that you only put it into the crank about 1000 miles b4 you change the oil. also you didnt mention wht to do when you start up the engine. i pull you dist. plug off so i get no spark at all and then turn the engine over until i get 40 psi oil pressure. starting and engine with 0 pressure is EXTEMELY HARSH on the engine and it cuts your engine life down
great vid. i got a 93 grand cherokee with a 5.2 V8. Looks like yours has the I6. But they are very reliable trucks and the 4.0 5.2 and the 5.9 are all great engines.

Doing another oil change after 1000 miles after using seafoam is good practice.
Pulling the plugs on the distributor is a new one to me, I find it hard to believe that that makes any difference at all.
