Much props, you own them scarecrows like nothing. lol.. I hated those things. Charge Hammer attack is a great strategy. I played this game years back, but never got a chance to beat it. I think this was the farthest I've gotten. Recently bought it and am replaying it. :) The second one was awesome too! You get to battle Jack the Ripper!

i finished this entire game in 14 hours, i was stuck at the asylum grounds, the pirate ship and the time machine and here i didn't find the chalice for a long time...

It's really a very good game to be a ps1 game.

@ROMANTIKILLER2 Those demons were definitely the creepiest part of this game for me. I would zoom in on the corn stalks to try and catch them as they twitched and jumped out for a few seconds, just to see what they looked like. They looked like contorted shaved spider monkey-chicken monsters or something...I dunno heh

You can but they take A LOT of hits. I prefer using the hammer because I keep them at a safe distance away with the charge attack.

Yeah you have to buy it back from a gargoyle merchant, I think it'll cost quite a bit too. If one those lil Imp monsters ever steal an important item, you can always buy it back from the merchants.

I LOVE this game, it's so fucking bad ass. I just started playing last week after I found the CD, it was scratched up as hell, but I fixed it. The good old days of the PS1 were awesome, I play the 360 and PS3 now, but in my opinion, they can never hold a candle to the old school stuff like this.
