after you've dropped the envelope on the target control you just need to hold the left mouse button on the number and move the mouse up or down to adjust "the white outline".

massive is realy BIG variations machine, but you must be patient and learn this synth. After you get sound what you want.

I do this and Im very satisfied with sound of massive. The kicks are very deep and power.
