  • eh, was Stochelo born in 1980? Although he is the gypsy prince after all.

  • @johnscott1975 Stochelo was Born in 1968.

  • @johnscott1975 You might be confusing him with Jimmy Rosenberg, who was born in 1980. I think Jimmy is Stochelo's nephew.

  • Is this guy a Virtuoso or What..??

  • like, p'chaa!

  • Where does he find all of those notes..?? I`m pretty sure they are on my fingerboard as well... but they seem to be a little hard grab... especially at that tempo..!!

  • chengharp is right django CANNOT play like this... given he only had two fingers and is also 6ft in the ground, i dont know why you guys disliked this comment.... he's right.

  • "given he only had two fingers"

    Not true dude.

  • he only had two fingers, so he could not do all the stuff stochello is doing. ALSO, django is dead. its hard to play guitar when you're dead.

  • Concerning your first remark (the last one is lame):

    please check redhotjazz(dot)com/django(dot)html

    4th paragraph

He could use his 3th and 4th finger, but limited. In fact you could say that some chord forms got popular because of his limitation.

  • they were both equally ridiculous. i might be lame but atleast i have a sense of humor

  • he had all his fingers but 2 were unusable at all or almost

  • This is not the actual Rosenberg Trio as in Stochelo, Nous'che and Nonnie. This IS Stochelo but the rhythm guitarist is not Nousc'he, it's Johnny Rosenberg. I don't know who's playing bass.

  • nice

  • HolyY Shit !! The Best =D

  • Give some credit to Jimmy Rosenberg cause I think that this is his version of this song. Check out the cd called Sinti when Jimmy Rosenberg was 17 years old. On the other hand, maybe Jimmy got it from Stocolo...

  • That's the other way around. Jimmy is playing stochelo's chorus usually a bit faster but not as clear as stochelo.

  • Shades of Django!! Awesome!

  • hahahh...gypsy jazz man thats all

  • Bravo!!!

  • Magnifique....Bravo

  • Absolut Topnotch!

  • Holy crap!

  • Ad the moment, the best gypsy jazz guitarist imo.. Technique is close to, if not absolutely, flawless..

  • great guitar player Thx

  • GREEAT SONG!!

  • What a talent. Django would approve.

  • thank god for guys like u i dont really know anybody else who is gipsy jazz fan...dont even one who knows what gipsy is...

  • stochelo is simply the most talented django's follower. passionate, talented, gentle. simply the best. check out karadinis bouzouki player and get an idea of the Greek rhythm and virtuoso playing.

  • More footage of the rhythm!!!!

  • stokelo supramacy

  • I'm extremely happy to say that I will be seeing Stochelo in 2 weeks at a jazz club in Montreal, Canada. It will be a thrill of a lifetime as I am HUGE fan and never thought I'd ever be able to see him play live ! Yeah for me !

  • i'm the one who organized that concert, i played with him...funny enough i also filmed this video, it somehow got on the internet... anyway we spent the entire weekend recording 2 DVDs, we're tired!!!

  • Hey Denis, that performance over the weekend was awesome. I would have loved to hear more !!!! Will you be bringing him back to Montreal over the next couple of years ? You & the bassist & other rhythm guitars were very good as well. Thanks for the great show.

  • stochelo are the greatest

  • sacre le bleu!

  • Superb.

  • Rosenberg's left hand

  • Where can I find the chords for this?

  • google something like "realbook index", kind of remember a webpage calles seventhstring or something that had a index of all realbooks.. from there you know where the sheetmusic is.

  • After this song Stochelo can light a sigaret on a snare.... lol...

  • Hot Hot playing!!!

  • Ganz Großes Tennis! ...auch ne mords Soundfülle.

  • Prima

  • a listening and viewing pleasure!!

  • He plays with such ease ! He's fabulous ! I'm from Canada and we don't hear much of them.

Wish they would come here. Can't find too many CD's.

  • Next week Rosenberg will be playing at my town, and Stochello is going to do guitar workshop after performance.

  • Oh lucky you... where is your town? I would love to see them but unfortunately, it's too far, perhaps one day. He is so fabulous, I cannot stop listening to their CD. How much money do you usually pay to see them? If I were to there one year, how would I go about getting tickets to their event?

  • hehe I am from holland. I can see them almost 3 times a weak if I want. Sometimes for free on a local festival in a town here in Holland.

But Stochelo is my guitarhero too.

  • Nuenen?

  • Nee, Een jongen bij mij op school woont daar wel. Dus ik kom daar wel af en toe. Nonnie en Nou'che wonen in Nuenen maar Stochelo woont volgens mij in Gerwen.

  • Criminal de corziii

  • thx man!!!

  • Love the music en master play Kind Regard Laszlosirsom Ausztralia

  • Just fantastic these brothers..........

  • i think they're cousins :D
