  • can we put the move camera to PC ?

  • Good video u told me what I wanted to know about small rooms and if it would react and pick up movement. Keep it up!!!!

  • i smell virgen!!

  • i already bought the motha fuka i go pick it up next week!!..............acculy i just bought a ps3 and it came with it like a gift o some shit !! :D

  • can the move bundle work on the fat ps3

  • @6604magma of course!

  • Can you add the 36o move to a regular 360 like u can with the kinect or do u have to buy a whole nother console?

  • @noblesbee what the hell did you say

  • @noblesbee If I'm understanding you correctly then yes, you can use the Kinect with the older model xbox 360s. You just need to download the software update,

  • lol mate u see really interested in vibrators :P

  • Great review thanks. I'm using it with sharpshooter playing killzone. I must say I'm never going back to regular controller. Gameplay such more realistic and fun!

  • u could actually be 3 feet from the tv and will work good! for me kinect is a good idea, its just that the technology is not quite there yet, as for the PSmove? well this is just the right technology for our times! so i bet it will succeed more than the kinect, i have a 360 and i don't hate kinect i only thinks is just to advance and requires more technology than the one available right now!

  • does the move vibrate

  • @mroliver7777 whatever 'meatlover', you seem to be a seasoned expert in jerking off......bet you swallow too

  • Nice dude, helps a lot.

  • kinect is better by far ps3 messed up they just took the wii idea they couldn't even be original about it

  • @Mrpuentes11 yeah cuz xbox didn't copy the ps2 controller at all

  • @Mrpuentes11 but... kinect isnt for the hardcore games i admit ps3 copyed a wii idea

  • @MultiQuickscopeZz ya but it has like Killzone 3 and Mag but true it feels exactly like the wii

  • I seen someone mix the Kinect with VR gaming and its amazing..if they add 3D it will be perfect. I wonder what sony's Move will do with VR.

  • excellent video! If you want some more info about Sp3 Move! Hear it is iWaggle3D.There is some problems with it' unfortunately. iWaggle3D have 4 videos for you to watch. iwaggle3d has even sent his video to Sony about the issues.

  • zelda bro.. zelda...

  • agreed on the wii. the graphic is at ps2 level.

no further improvement from gamecube on graphics but the motion detection. now kinect and move came out wii loses its merit and i think they will soon take over wii market as ps2 and xbox outsold the gc.

    Good review too. THanks

  • @mze710

im sorry, i never seen a PS2 game look as good as SMG1 and 2, red steel 2 or metroid prime corruption, infact the gamecube was stronger thn he PS2 and the wii is stronger than that, anyways good review salstavern

  • Can you video chat with the Move camera?

  • @Ostnizdasht206 not the move camera the Playstation Eye which has been out longer than the move.

  • thanks for the review milhouse

  • @djgucciboy "my mom says I'm cool"

  • @SalsTavern lol

dont worry ur not milhouse, its clear that you arnt bright yellow.

  • Define kinect: EYE TOY WITH TWEAK'S AND VOICE RECOGNIZED THINGY INSTALLED !!

  • I heard u say "19.99,so $100!" I think u mean ninety nine xD

  • hello. my question is on the sports champion game is, can you play two players on the games or even more or is the sports champion for just one player? I have a young son and a girlfriend that will want to play! They get real tired watching dad play call of duty all the time:)

  • I only watched up until 0:45, I assume you shoved it up your ass

  • Why didnt you show the Move in action terrible video I expect to see game play not a guy in a chair.

  • question. i have the old ps3 thats fat, will it still hook up to move? i ask because on my 360 i have to buy the new one to get kinect

  • @123megaroro yes to the fat ps3! and you're OLD 360 will work!!!

  • @123megaroro You dont have to buy the new 360. i think i had the same problem as u. When you have live the adapter plugs in the bak. Well on the new one it also does because its got 2 usb ports. But on the old one it has 1 port. But u can just plug it in the front 2 usb ports.

  • @123megaroro no kinect dose not need the new 360 and no you do not need the new ps3.

  • @123megaroro the new xbox says kinect ready but you just have to put an installer disc into your old one to make it work

  • @123megaroro You didn't need a new 360 to play Kinect. You just needed to buy an adapter..

  • Yay, a canadian!!!

  • Awesome vid!! Thnx for da info, it helped alot!! I'm soo buyin a ps3 move :)

  • pretty fun Eh?

  • @Quand9 LOVE gladiator!

  • @Quand9 no i mean in a dirty way Pretty Fun EH?

  • the only reason i clicked on this video is because my name is Sal too! =D

  • Thanks for your review. I definitely want one know. I also dont how much substance there is in kinect. Like with no buttons, little things seem like they would be hard to do... Like pause

  • Can you use one move controller and one navigation controller for archery and gladiator mode? What I mean is: do I need to buy the pack and an extra move controller to get the complete experience in those game modes, or will it be identical with one move controller and one navigation controller?

  • @bob4j2 yes, you can use one controller for archery and gladiator

  • @bob4j2 im getting it i would skip out on the navigation controller and just use the ps3 dualshock. then buy an extra controller. thts wat im doing

  • You mean dildo?

  • ps3 sucks

its just like the wii but a little different cus xbox 360 kinect rapes all i should no cus it hav it

  • @mnkys0n what a fuking troll

  • hi me again i was thinking about buying ps3 move but when i saw the xbox 360 kinect i am not to shaw what to buy what do you think is better thanks.....

  • @WrestlingManiac100 oh man, I can't answer that...you need to try BOTH and judge for yourself...it's whatever suits you....i guess you have both systems?

  • no i need to buy a xbox 360 as well. i had 2 xbox 360 but broke on me so i got a ps3 and no trouble now for 2 years.....

  • @WrestlingManiac100 When you want casual games for litle kids buy kinect, when you want egoshooter and casual games buy Move,so i think for hardcore games you need buttons...

  • @FukinG4m3r thanks for that you are right you do need buttons i sub you sub back if you wanted to

  • are you Canadian? A

  • @williampatee ya Eh!

  • what ps3 do you have

  • @WrestlingManiac100 phat 40GB..upgraded HDD to 160GB

  • thanks sals tavern

  • can the ps3 go controller work on any ps3...... thanks

  • @WrestlingManiac100 yes, it's a bluetooth controller just like Dualshock controllers

  • wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than wii!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @datvin1 LOLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!!!

  • You should have done more researching before doing this video. You seemed unprepared.

  • @gizmo2084 i was really anxious to post the video after trying the Move..couldn't help it. but, duly noted..thanks for the feedback.

  • @gizmo2084 You should make your own video if you didnt like this one and thank this guy for taking the time out of his day to make this.

  • @Brojangles33, he's capable of making good videos. It was that he just didn't prepare (info wise) regarding the Move. A few weeks ago I came back and re-read my message and thought that it was kind of harsh but then I watched the video again and then realized why I wrote it that way. He also was kind enough to reply back to me and accept my constructive criticism. I didn't hate the video.

  • "it worked fine, no problems at all..." @ 2:32

notice the head scratch by right hand == the narrator does not really believe what he just said, or at least part of it LOOOOOOOL

i love that "Lie to me" TV show :)

anyways, not to spoil the buzz, im getting the move asap, looks awesome, tiny one time configuration issues are not enough to stop me from getting it.

  • @smextex interesting assessment. but i do love controller....but I find myself always looking to sit down LOL

  • @SalsTavern

    absolutely man :)

was just kidding, that is just based on a TV show...

besides that, it is a good Review

    Thanks.

  • @smextex thanks dude

  • @smextex .. lol that was funny..

  • Damn man you just need to jump to the point! I'm surprised you didn't tell us our Horoscope! lol

  • sounds pretty cool, might get one to be fair

can you go on games like call of duty or is it just games made custom for it?

  • Has anyone here ever seen a microphone? Just putting that out there.

  • this guy rambles.... *yawn*

  • @Hellion402 you're right..it's something I MUST correct. thanks for watching.

  • @Hellion402 shut up you cock he's just givin his own views on the dildo he can do what he likes

  • Comment removed

  • @Hellion402 - I apologize to salestavern, I thought this was a tech review on the PS3 move not a goofy review on what a dildo looks like, I'll watch other reviews... one that suits my needs. Hope you have fun!

  • my opinion is i dont like move kinect and wii i like playing games like COD4 AC2 BL etc but these games are pointless in my eyes ... my opinion so pls no FUCKYOU comments thx

  • @eaglebazdmeg: However, FPS work great with the Wiimote. You should give it a try (and not just 5 minutes).

  • i was waiting for somebody to put up a video for the move, gj man

  • lol, nintendo doesnt have variety?? you should check the library nintendo has man

  • very nic vid and good opinion i love move ur one of my fav utubers

  • @fatboyshah yes hes the moron maybe u didnt catch the whole poiltically correct part of the speech i know its such a big phrase but maybe it would help to kinda maybe look up those words might help you in your future.... or then again maybe not...

  • @fatboyshah yes hes the moron.. so u must have missed the whole politically correct part of the sentence or maybe words are too big for you?? good review man i agree

  • are you a loser for real?!

because you sort of remind me of my self

    shit

does that mean im a loser too?

  • @amernice i think so

  • u mean dildo?

  • @nascarsignore trying to be polite

  • Personal massager= Anal Toy

  • hey dude wanna be friends im from mississauga ontario (canadians ftw!).. and im planning to get the move pretty soon. My parents are a huge fan of the wiimote but once they buy this they will leave the wii with dust on it

  • @Chipmunkmasterboi sure, friend me...as long as you're not a HATER like Misha938

  • this guy is a looser... go get a job/get laid or something

  • @Misha938 @Misha938 HAHAHAHA! Whatever dude! Maybe you can buy the PS Move to massage your asshole! It vibrates just like the controller you got stuck up your ass right now!

  • @SalsTavern oh ye and the review was shit as well

  • @Misha938 Ok

  • @SalsTavern yah dude why dont u go buy some wii extensions and play COD WAW so every tie u go off the screen it annoys u saying "please point the wii remote at the sensor bar" GET REAL DUDE THE ONLY THING NINTENDO WILL SELL IS ITS GAMES AND THE UPCOMING 3DS other than that theyre finished

  • @SalsTavern lol sorry that comment was for Misha938

  • Tiger Woods is at least as good on the Wii. The Wiimote can do everything the Move does EXCEPT the camera tracking. That's a very nice feature for demos and party games, but I have yet to see a core game use this funtionality. The move has one major flaw: it's slower than the Wiimote. Compare Resident Evil 4 and 5 for example. Or Dead Space Extraction on both systems.

  • @thesmashmaster wonderful comment, thank you!

  • @thesmashmaster killzone3

  • @thesmashmaster no it cant i got both put side by side the wii need to be more lucky then good to actually do what our trying to on the wii plus its got very very poor graphics, the move like he said if you twist a little it twists a little twist alot it does what you do motion for motion im sorry but i own them both so i can say you are wrong, check out the gameplay for MAG.

  • @IAPOD: MAG also doesn't use any feature the Wiimote doesn't have. And the Wii detects also the twist of your wrist. How else could you tilt your weapon in certain first-person shooters? Motion+ improves on that.

  • @thesmashmaster Motion plus is only supported by less than 30 games total and it's been out for how long? Motion plus still doesn't track depth on every axis near how great move does. Motion plus made the wii mote full 6 axis, that's it. Shit, strap an ir camera on the 6 axis for the ps3 and a sensor bar and you have wii motion plus... Move features full 6 axis, a magnetometer, inertial sensors, the eye camera which used only 2 mb of ram. Oh wait, your wii doesn't have a proper processor, sorry

  • @crazykidcapa: Why are you only considering MotionPlus games? Most of the hardcore Move games don't use anything, the normal Wiimote couldn't do. RE5, Socom4, Killzone 3, R.U.S.E. would work fine, in fact even better with a Wiimote.

  • @thesmashmaster They really wouldn't lmao. Sports champions wouldn't work so fluid. You cannot rely on IR and six axis alone for 1:1 capture across the spectrum. You still don't realize how the wiimote works? It estimates distance, movement, etc. It cannot pinpoint your exact position, so it estimates, and from that determines if you swung hard, or soft. Use those two words, then with move it measures just how hard or soft. Doesn't estimate movement, then determine if it was hard or soft and

  • @thesmashmaster stop there. It relies on the cell then. With the camera it pinpoints your exact location at any time in 3D. The use of visual recognition paired with inertial sensors, 6 axis, and a magnetometer offers much more accuracy. It's fact buddy. I'm not here to speak fanboy wishes, I'm speaking pure tech. That's what I care about, what has the better tech, what has better features. Etc.

  • @thesmashmaster While it may not seem like certain games use more than what motion plus could do, it's the fact of tracking and accuracy and less lag. I can play games behind my couch, impossible on the wii. The sheer 1:1 tracking vs. Wii motion plus is enough to buy it alone. Not to mention blu-ray player, for your information blu ray is the new standard supported by most companies in all markets, HD dvd lost the format war, and bluray uses a java based structure. Much better than Hdi by

  • @crazykidcapa: Move is neither more accurate nor has less lag. In fact, it has more. It has an additional feature: thanks to the camera and the glowing ball, Move knows its own position. BTW I'm neither interested in Blue Ray nor HD-DVD. Unless I have to buy it.

  • @thesmashmaster Move is confirmed more accurate. And from my own fun with it, to professional reviews I feel comfortable enough to say it has less lag. Mind you, the condition of your PS3, whether or not you calibrate correctly. Those all have huge impacts on your gameplay. Most people would rather spend 20 minutes bitching about calibration rather than just doing the motions in under 10 seconds. You don't have to wait for the prompts... Blu-Ray and HD-DVD are what you purchase if you buy DVD's

  • @thesmashmaster Maybe if you choose to download torrents instead of spending any cash all day you probably don't care about cd-roms for games, online play, or full software with online support. No offense, but downloading a torrent to watch a movie in crap quality is pointless. Go spend ten measly dollars, get the blu-ray version and get a huge capacity of extra features, etc. So if you want the extra features, you have to buy blu-ray.

  • @crazykidcapa: I'm neither interested in torrents nor Blue Ray. Not much of a movie watcher. PC and Wii games are sold as DVDs and online play is free. So I there's no reason for me to have Blue Ray. That might change if the next console demands it. On PC, Steam is probably the future (at least for me).

  • @thesmashmaster microsoft. So, when you want to watch special features on dvd's enjoy going out and paying 300 dollars for a decent blu-ray player, when we paid that for a custom blu-ray drive, cell/be processor (please do read up on the cell), and HD graphics. Why does our console lag less with motion control, than a console that lacks HD? Shit man, stop advertising for the wii, for 400 bucks we get the PS3 and upgraded Wii. The 400 bucks I put into my wii set up got me a measly 220 dollars

  • @thesmashmaster from selling it. Oh, I also spent only 100 bucks for a 1 terabyte hard drive that is now in my ps3. What's that? Wii doesn't have that feature? Wii doesn't have blu-ray? High definition? full 1:1 tracking down to 1 millimeter across every axis, and 1 degree of tilt any direction? Dang, I thought a console was supposed to have those features. Oh, move games are only 40 bucks, man it sucks to be us PS3 owners. Sucks so bad having the best of the best :'(, I go cry now

  • @crazykidcapa: Consoles would be better off without a hard drive at all. There would be less ripping-off (e.g. DLC). High definition is old news to me, have been playing in HD for I don't know how long... (PC), consoles don't need it unless you're very close to the screen. Furthermore you have to deal with lag when it comes to flat screens (although HD is possible on tube-TVs but they are not very common). And again, Move is not more accurate (it adds a new feature).

  • @thesmashmaster DLC? Downloadable content is not a rip off at all lmao. Honestly you shouldn't play a game at all. From what you say, I can see you truly don't care about companies receiving enough financial support to keep making great games. Consoles are better as a full blown media center. No offense, but unlike most people I don't like Windows lol. I prefer linux, even mac osx over windows any day of the week. I keep windows on the dell but nothing Microsoft offers appeals to me as a script

  • @crazykidcapa: You have no clue how DLC works. Companies finish a game, cut sth out and sell it to you later when the developers are already working another game. How much do you pay for a few Maps on Call of Duty? On PC, I'm used to getting them (not the game!) for free! Now I have to wait a few months until all the dumb 360 and PS3 gamers are done paying for them so I can enjoy them, too. If you enjoy getting ripped off: I can sell you 5 dollars for only 10 dollars if you like.

  • @thesmashmaster And that's your gripe? A full fledged game without the DLC and you are having a bitch fit over having to pay for some of the features that you claim were already in the game? Dumbass, of course they were already in the game. They weren't in the finished game because they weren't finished themselves. Whether you think it costs a hell of a lot of money for just one character to be developed or not, the rest of us know it costs a hefty penny. Steam isn't the future btw, it's already

  • @thesmashmaster been confirmed that blu-ray is the new standard for movies, and will be for next gen consoles unless they depend upon multiple discs as well. Besides, I don't care how much ram you have, you still aren't gonna play online features with zero lag on PC through DLC. If that were the case, new games wouldn't come out on disc at all...

  • @thesmashmaster junkie. At least with mac osx you get to work with a unix based OS. No offense, but Unix has been better than windows since it was developed. I would rather use Final Cut Pro, than Adobe Premier Pro. Also, flat screens don't all pose lag. Maybe ones from 2 years ago, but they have very good refresh rates now. In another year they will be even better. Also, whether you have your resolution set HD or not, that doesn't mean you've been playing in HD. Everything has to be

  • @thesmashmaster formatted for HD. Otherwise I wouldn't pay an extra 60 bucks a year for the same channels, but formatted for HD. So I can now see that you truly aren't a tech guy. You just think that your preferences are automatically very good tech-wise, but indeed you know not much at all. Also, no offense, but by your definition of where to sit in front of your HD TV, I'm guessing you have a small size... Move's new feature is what makes it more accurate. You really need to do your research

  • @thesmashmaster arguing with children of lesser education gets old anymore. I wouldn't even care how fanboyish everyone is, if at least they had a clue about the tech. Wii fanboys don't understand just how dumb they truly look when they say motion plus can do what move can. Xbox 360 fanboys look even dumber when they say the 360 has more RAM LMAO it gets better and better.

  • @crazykidcapa: I did NOT say MotionPlus could do what Move can. I've said that Move is not superior in the things the Wiimote does. Move is NOT more accurate but has MORE lag, which is bad for shooting games.

MotionPlus is not able to know where it is (in the room). That's an exlusive feature of the Move controller (thanks to the camera). So there's no comparison here!

The question is, wether this feature is useful for hardcore games. I doubt that and so far RE5, Socom4 etc confirm my notion.

  • @thesmashmaster Move isn't superior in what the wii does? Again you are basing your whole judgement off out the box software? So then by your standard the hardware is not needed correct? More lag? Why don't you go look at both machines specs and if you are man enough come back and tell me you still know PS3 has more lag. From first hand play I know move has less lag, and from a technical standpoint if there would be lag, it's either that you didn't calibrate perfectly, or the software is meh

  • @crazykidcapa: LOL yes I am man enough to tell you that Move has more lag than the Wiimote. Compare RE5 Move Edition and RE4 Wii. Or Killzone3 and Socom4 with any Shooter on Wii. All those games are a lot more responsive with the Wiimote. So either the developers of all those game are "meh" or there's a hardware problem in regards to the Move controller.

  • @thesmashmaster Lmao you don't seem to understand. You are comparing different games. Games developed for both regular and motion control play (PS3 titles) vs. motion control specific (wii titles). How does that make any sense to you? RE5 Gold edition was patched to include better resolution and move support. Notice that, support. If it works flawlessly on sports champions and games built specific for move... Lol so your argument is moot.

  • @crazykidcapa: It's not true that it works flawlessly on games that for spcificly made for move. Tumble and Sports Champions both have lag but it's not that big of a deal since those are slow-paced games (except gladiator maybe). However it is a big deal with games that use a cursor.

BTW RE4 also supports Gamecube controllers and that didn't worsen the Wiimote option. Socom 4 will also support normal controllers. I doubt that you will ever see a Move exklusive Shooter (penetration rate) on PS3.

  • Also, Socom doesn't have control lag from what I've experienced... It doesn't even incorporate move as much as it could. Hardware is nothing without software. When move becomes a certain thing, we'll see games with move controls built perfectly.

  • @crazykidcapa: I haven't tried Socom 4 but from the many videos I've seen, it doesn't look a lot better than RE5. Sure it depends on software, but isn't it strange that lag has never been an issue regarding the Wii's pointer? So maybe it is in fact partially a hardware problem.

  • @thesmashmaster You make no sense at all. Play Sports champions. That vs. Sports resort, you can clearly tell the advantages move has over motion plus. You can tell it's superior in what wii does, and until you try the damn software don't make a comment again. Because if you had played both, you would realize the difference. Either that, or you didn't put sports resort to the same tests.

  • @crazykidcapa: Sports Champions is one of the very few games (Tumble is another one) that uses the one advantage Move has over the Wiimote: recognition in space. Both games are considered as casual games though. Does RE5 use any feature the Wiimote doesn't have? No. Socom4? No. Killzone 3? No. R.U.S.E.? No.

    See?

  • I actually had the Move pre-ordered and i'm pretty happy I did. It's very, very amazing. It is a huge improvment over the Wii, technology wise. Sports Champions is very fun, Gladiator Duel being my favorite. I can't wait to see where Sony goes with this. This is also a very good review. I would like to see more. =]

  • They want £49.99 for the controller and camera in the UK and no free game just a demo disc.

  • Did it come with the 11 game demo disc???

  • good review gonna buy it next week

  • @mmakid1980 yes, check out my unboxing video

  • @SalsTavern Thanks again for the video & for replying.I bought it yesterday with "Sports Champions" & " Start the Party" and played them for like 8 hours lol very addicting and fun though I do need to get a second ps move cos I wanna try it with Sports Champions

  • Does everyone in Canada say soory instead of sorry?

  • @Mountaind33w i don't know, never really paid attention...

  • @Mountaind33w lol wtf no. not at all

  • @Mountaind33w no i dont

  • @Mountaind33w SORRY, but no

  • @Mountaind33w so you think we say sorry strange, well then yall might jus gunna have somthin thure, do all americans talk like that ,no some people have different accents, think before you speak. oh and im soory if i offended you...... Dipshit

  • Thanks for in-depth Experience share.

  • I guess you won;t be having any parties. Looks like a vibrator.
