  • I am on a diet too and I have learned since April that no matter how sore you are, you cant stop to rest the next day. Even if you only exercise from 5-10 minutes that day its better than nothing because you are building your endurance. I know it stings and I know it hurts believe me but its worth it when you build your endurance and speed up your metabolism.

  • i find running 3X a week a great way to lose weight fast & @ the same time healthy (depending on how ur re-fueling, and fueling-up). once i lost my Olsen twin, from an intense 30 min run 4-5X a week, i reduced to 3X then to once a week focusing more on weight training to really show off the muscle tone you've always had yet were covered and "shabby" underneath all ur onion layers. u could eat whatever u want, just as long as you stick to one MAJOR rule-like-law.... eat whole foods. best wishes.

And when I say workout I mean workout 60 minutes of cardio and 45 minutes of resistance training. Yet I'm not seeing any results, my goal is to reach 190 by April I've already lost 60 pounds since I started in November 2009 but I can't seem to lose anymore weight I just hover around 239-245 any ideas on what I should do?   • Actually Phil, I've got my own little project :P me and my best friend have been (well he still is) addicted to computer games. because of this we've both gained a lot of weight. So now we've got this thing..yes a THING XD where we work out at the gym 3 times a week (not everyday because of school and such)! unfortunately, we dont have a camcorder..but EVENTUALLY! we will upload a video showing our big phat bodies shaking that thing at the gym <3

  • When I started P90x it was like a knife in my muscles, and the knife was being held by jello. Running after that sucks. I've never felt as much pain as when I started that program.
