I rinse my Quinoa prior to cooking, to rinse off the bitter oils first. This is an excellent salad!!

Great! Thanks. Picked up my first pounds of quinoa today, but I have 3 more days of "master cleanse" to finishes before I can think of eating it.
This however looks beautiful.
