either a your game is scratched or b the xboxs lense has a scratch on it which coulda happened during manufacturing or coulda happened when putting in the game if you didn't sit it in the tray right when you put the game in as the lense is very close to the disc when spinning the disc for some reason microsoft didn't take that little feature into thought idk y but they made the lense so close to the game that if u were to move the xbox while the disc was in it it would scratch a ring in the game

the solutions is, turn off the console when the game is inside the dvd player. then turn on the xbox 360 console.After u turn on ur xbox 360 console, u will see that it will read the disc until sing-in
